Goals Re-Sodded

If you have visited Grennan over the last week you will have noticed that the goalmouths on the Juvenile Pitch and the No 1 Pitch have been re-sodded. Ideally these should be left to settle for about a month before any play is allowed on them. The good news is that soil temperatures are well ahead of last year and the current dry spell is also very helpful. We would ask all mentors to ensure that the resodded areas are not interfered with. The No 1 pitch, other than goalmouths, should be available for light training after this coming weekend. As always, we ask that all pyhsical drills and sprints are undertaken in the many areas away from playing surfaces. This will help us to ensure that all our teams have the best possible playing surfaces for our games as the season progresses. Thank you all for your co-operation.
