Croke Park Stadium and Museum Tour

posted 28 Aug 2016, 01:01 by Thomastown GAA News

Thomastown GAA Club has recently signed up to the GAA Social Initiative. The GAA Social Initiative arose from an invitation by then President Mary McAleese and her husband, Martin in 2007 to implement a scheme on their behalf to host age friendly activities and events for older people to benefit the wider community.

For its first event, Thomastown GAA Club is planning to run a midweek bus trip to Croke Park in October. The trip will include a private tour of Croke Park, entry to the GAA museum and a meal in the stadium itself. Total cost including bus will be €20 per person. We need a minimum of twenty people in order to book with Croke Park at the special rate. If you are interested, or know of others who may be, please contact PRO Kevin Kelly 087-2213717 to express interest or reserve your place.
